Our virtual healing circles..

Hi friends, this idea of gatherings have been simmering in my mind for over a year now. I didn't know how & when to start, but this past week I feel very ready to make things happen.

There are 2 gatherings and they will happen twice a month via Zoom. The dates are flexible at the moment as it's just started. If you have any questions or suggestions, feel free to email and give me a shout.

Community Circle 

Freq: 1st & 3rd Tuesday of every month

Time: 7pm - 8pm

Platform: Zoom

Fee: free or by donation (100% proceeds will go to charities in need)

Prerequisite: none - everyone is welcome

This healing circle is for everyone to come together and practice holding space for each other, to be heard and to offer deep listening.

 

We will have 20' of healing/meditation with Reiki to balance our energy and overall wellness. The remaining time of the gathering is flexible for any sharing or activities that we feel guided to do.

There is no commitment in attendance, we'll leave it to the collective affinity. However, you are expected to be mindful of the following:​

  • Turn on your camera. Rest assured, the circle isn't recorded

  • Respect privacy: What is said in the room stays in the room

  • Cultivate compassion & kindness: leave our egos outside of the Zoom room so we can be available for ourselves and others

  • Listen with our hearts, not just our ears

  • Honor each other's boundaries

  • It is ok to practice silence

Reiki Practitioners Circle

Freq: twice a month 

Duration: 1 hour

Date & Time: TBD

Platform: Zoom

Fee: free

Prerequisite: you MUST be working as a Reiki practitioner of any lineage (you'll need to share your general website/work info)

In the traditional teaching from Usui sensei, there is a practice called Reiki Mawashi where practitioners sit together and share the connection with Reiki ("Mawashi" means "current"). 

I personally feel that it is really cool to have a platform for Reiki practitioners of any lineage to meet and just connect, just to know that there are other likeminded folks out there and we can offer each other our energy.

This healing circle is for active Reiki practitioners only. Aside from the obvious reason of confidentiality with Reiki teachings, it is also because of relevance: we are actively working in the same field hence it's easier to comprehend each other's work situation, experience, achievements, struggles, etc.

​

I imagine we'll have 15-20' of healing with Reiki, and the rest of the time is for sharing anything: Reiki history and research, techniques, our achievements or hardship, messages, universal energy, UFO, mermaids, etc. 

Anything!

  • No sectarian mindset. Respect other practitioners' lineages and practice. Each of us is a representation of our lineage too so, let's make our teachers proud

  • It is ok to practice silence
