Service Description
1. Important info: • The person requesting this treatment MUST be the official owner/caretaker of the animal. Before you book a treatment, please give me a call so that I can have more details to understand the situation • I have the right to refuse a treatment request. There are many animal species out there & they also have an unlimited amount of problems to heal from. Only if I'm confident with working with your animal and their situation that we will go ahead with the healing process. This is to respect your own time, energy, & money • A small list of common animals for Reiki treatment: common household pets (dogs, cats, fishes, etc.), farm animals (horses, cattle, chicken, etc.) • The treatment can be done in-person or distant. In-person is the better way to make connection with the animals & we can either work at my studio or your home. A location further than 15km radium from my studio will be subjected to a small travel fee. 2. Treatment overview: • I communicate with the animal to see how they want to work with me. After all, they are the client and I treat them with equal respect • Type of treatment: • In-person: My approach is flexible and depends on the animal that I will do hands-on treatment or not. If the animal is not ready for it, they still receive healing from Reiki as I work with the overall environment • Distant: We will have a short phone call before the treatment start. We can hang up & I work offline or if you prefer, we can maintain the online connection by phone call or video call. After the treatment, we will discuss ​& give feedback 3. Expectations: • Please be on time for the appointment • Your animals have their own healing speed so we should not impose our own expectation for an instant, visible result. It is case by case that obvious changes will happen after 1 or a few sessions. Please trust that you & your pet are both doing your best in this healing journey, & thus the best outcome will manifest
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations can be done with a 24-hr notice. In the case of late cancellations or no-shows for an appointment, the credit is non transferable and non refundable.
